Scalloped Tag Concertina Card

I love the scalloped tag punch and am having so much fun playing with it. I found the instructions for this cute little card here.

Stampin' Up Thanks You Cards

When I have a Stampin' Up Event, I always try to give a little thank you that pertains to what my customer bought. This time I had 6 people that bought either the tag topper punch or the round array stamp set, or both.
So I incorporated both into this card.

Here is a close up of the tag.

The card on the right I used the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set.  That one I've had my eye on for the past year and I finally broke down and bought it. I can already tell it's going to be really fun to play around with.
Notice the corners, I took a small round punch and punched out the corners just to had a little more character.

T Shirt Scarves

I found some old t shirts in my kids closets and not wanting to throw them out I went on line and found a couple of tutorials to turn them into scarves.

I'm not sure how long the red on took to make because I didn't time myself, however the blue one took 16 minutes.  I tried to make a couple of flowers to jazz them up but was unsuccessful in that area.

Stampin' Up Event

On my last Stampin' Up event my camera was not cooperating with me so I don't have any pictures of the actual events showing the fun-filled time we had so here is a pic of what we made.

Took my show on the road

I took my show on the road this week and did a demo/make and take for a homemakers group.  We had loads of fun and of course I forgot to bring my camera.
These are the projects we made.
We started out with what I called a kindergarten project and moved up to 6th grade level (there were several teachers involved so thought I would speak their language).

Tags are all the rage so we had to include one of those.

Then moved up to a card.

We topped off he evening with these sweet little purses.

They wouldn't be complete with a little chocolate inside.
