Sneak Peek 2

This card is another version of the owl card.  I designed it with tweens in mind.

Itty Bitty Tag

This itty bitty tag is from the set Swirly Snowflake Thinlit Dies.
It also has a stamp set that coordinates so you can bundle and save but I chose not to get that and just use these fabulous dies. Here in Minnesota we can get use of the set for at least 6 months our of the year.
I love this swirly and will be using it all year round.
Here is one more pic to give you an idea of the size.  How cute would this be attached to a card?

Cat Punch

Cat Punch where have you been all my life.  I have been searching for years for a nice size, non creepy cat punch and Stampin' Up finally came though for me.
I usually don't do Halloweeny type cards but I got sucked in with the cat punch. And then I of course I had to buy the coordinating paper. You can punch the cats directly out of the paper, no stamping involved, how cleaver is that?
I really like this paper as there are no sculls, spiders, skeletons, ect.
I made these little treat bags as a thank you for supporting my business gifts.
I stuck them in the orders that I delivered.  But I couldn't leave out the customers that had their orders shipped directly to them.

So I made cards for them.

I wanted to do something else with the designer paper, so I made a gift card holder.

Daisy Punch

My two newest favorites, the daisy punch and the card stock dapper denim.
The Daisy Punch is one of Stampin' Up most popular items in 5 years and I can see why.   There are just so many ways to use it.   I made this cards weeks ago right after I got it.   I was going to make this card for my Stampin' Up event, but when I was planning my event it wasn't available and I thought that would be just mean to tease them with a card that they couldn't get the products to make it.
This card uses the coordination stamp set and my new fav color, Dapper Denim.

Tune in Tuesday

Today I have a couple of cards using leftovers from my Stampin' Up event.
This card is the same idea I just had two leftover branches so the placement is different and I added a few flowers just for fun.
I used Wink of Stella on the flowers and bee, which adds some sparkle and glee, but you really can't see it from the pics.
This one a used the leftover half doily from the jar card and used the daisy punch and stamp set.  This punch and stamp set has been crazy popular and if you haven't gotten it yet you really should.

Stampin' Up Event

Well I had my first Stampin' Up Event in my new home.  I had one in the morning and one in the evening and totally forgot to take pictures both times.  I was so great to get back into the swing of things again and the morning class went very smoothly.  The evening class, however was a different story.  I was totally off my game and got off to a rocky start.  First I wasn't totally ready for them as I added a second table as guest were arriving.  Then for the first project I was one card short, which evidently threw me for a hoop. And of course it was the one was the most time consuming with nice pieces to stamp and cut with the framelit dies. After that I spent a lot of time circling the tables like a vulture looking for the products we needed which continued all evening.  I even went so far as to serve ice tea without ice!
I'm putting that all behind me now and am already planning in my head for the next event.
Here are a few pics of our projects.

It's a tiny tag that you can tie around anything you wish. By the way, it did look nicer before they came.
This was an idea for them in case they wanted to add it to a card.
I love jars so I had to use the jar set and framelits again for a totally different idea.
Adirondack chairs card was a big hit.
This one was super quick and easy and I wanted to let the paper showcase the card.  They could choose between sympathy or birthday.
This one was my favorite.
Here is another card made from the same stamp set.

Tune in Tuesday

Here are a couple cards showcasing the Petal Garden Designer Series Paper Stack.
I let the paper do the work so they only take a couple of minutes to make.
